We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return something, please email us at sales@totegoat.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

To make sure you get a full refund, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, but please note that if the return isn’t due to a defect, the cost of shipping will be on you.
