Our Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

Free Shipping
Free Shipping on Domestic Orders. Can not be combined with other promotions or discount codes.   

Shipping Addresses
We’ll ship your order to the address listed in your account. Please double-check your address to make sure everything is correct, as we can’t be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to typos or mistakes.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, we’ll email you. You’ll have 72 hours to respond. If we don’t hear back within that time, your order will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund. If the address was incorrect, you’ll need to cover any extra shipping costs to reship the order.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders usually arrive within 7 business days after they’re shipped.
  • We ship via UPS  (2-3 days).
  • Keep in mind that delivery times may take longer during the holiday season due to mail volume.

International Shipping

  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency in your country. While you may not always be charged, if any duties or taxes apply, you'll be responsible for paying them when your order arrives.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 10-15 business days.
  • Please note that we can’t be responsible for orders held up at customs.
  • During the holiday season, shipping times may take longer due to high mail volume.
